I’ve been seeing someone for a little over a year now. I’m not sure if it was love at first sight but I know I fell hard and fast. My boyfriend and I have only been out and about once and his best friend and I haven’t gotten much time together. We talk regularly but we haven’t gotten to see each other since the first week we met.

He has been cold to me numerous times even though we both know he cares deeply for me. Why does he do this? It doesn’t make sense. It seems as if he is afraid to show his feelings because he is afraid they won’t be returned.
